This app was collaboration work with studio yoggy which has yoga studios in 23 locations throughout Japan.

In these audio programs, a 'real' top yoga instructor guides you as if you were experiencing a real studio lessons.
There is no complicated poses, so you can be a raw begginer and practice these program lying on your back.

Not only relaxing, but also your body and mind become clearer after these programs and eventually you are vaitalized.

It will help you fall asleep or simply change your mood, it also refreshes you when you are lack of sleep due to fatigue.

Introduction (23:15) 'relax'
First you create some tension in your body and warmed up, followed by deep relaxation.

Nature's Grace(30:52)'calm mind'
Settle your mental state with nature elements and calm your mind/body.

Chakra Meditation (48:51)'keep the balance'
Bring a balance to your mental state with Chakra related theme.

Prana Relaxation (41:14)'balance the energy'
Condition your mind and body with Prana the invisible vital energy.

Healing Recovery (36:49) 'restorative'
Recovering from fatigue and stress and boost up your healing energy.

If you have iOS10 or higher, you can record your program time on 'Apple Health' or 'Mindfulness'.
Being mindful of your recording time is useful for your selfcare and better to routinize your relaxation. Please allow data linkage and use.

When you purchase the program on iPhone, there's no need to purchase again on Apple TV.
The program will be available on both.

▼Trouble-shooting
You have purchased the program, but it does not download:
Depending on the data size of the program, if you don't have enough signal, the download time might have expired.
We recommend using wi-fi for the download, but the same issue may occur.
Below are the trouble-shooting instructions.(Once you have made your purchase, you won't be charged again as long as you use the same Apple ID)

1. Reset the network setting
Go 'Setting' > 'General', and scroll down to 'Reset'> 'Reset the Network'. Once the device rebooted, try to find the Wi-Fi network.

▼If you still cannot connect to wi-fi, try below
2.Go to 'Setting'>'Wi-Fi', and turn off Wi-Fi. Then, turn on again.
3. Reboot iOS device.
4.For iPod touch user: please update iOS through iTunes.

*Also try different wi-fi network to download the program if you aren't sure of the signal strength.
